Clean, comfy, cozy location (parking can use improvement) Very impressed with the service. No matter how my day starts I can always count on my favorite Batista *Diana* to make it right. Grande/nonfat/no whip/mocha made perfect every time! Even at its busy peak, she manages to maintain a steady flow.... Suave behind that counter :) Always smiling, polite and professional.... What an asset! Visit you'll see

I see all the awesome review for this location and I hate to go against the grain but....I REALLY need to want to get my coffee fix ---for the effort it takes to get to this location. The staff is great - and they bang out caffeine bombs like it's nobody's business...but there's a few things that make this location less desirable than the other 210 Starbucks around the area. First - the parking is such a cluster****. There's a tiny (and I mean TINY) lot with only about 7 spaces to park (yea, TINY). I recently discovered that there's another few spaces if you go down the alley, turn right and are able to snag one. Don't park in the spaces not marked for Starbucks though - or you could get towed. The inside is small when comparing it to other SBs - a couple of tables that are usually all taken. The bathroom needs a code to get into. HUH? I guess it's close enough to downtown that the fear of having non-buying customers go in the restroom warrants entering a special code. But man is that inconvenient. So yea, I usually skip this one unless I have no other choice.

It's a Starbucks, what do you expect? I came in because I was in great need for a delicious coffee and what do ya know, they were up for the challenge. I'm lactose intolerant so my coffee choices are always different than the norm but Starbucks makes it easy. Iced coffee with almond milk and honey always comes out good. Thanks for the quick service and yummy choices! :)

This is the best Starbucks I have ever been to. That's saying a lot for a young adult in 2014 who frequents any and every Starbucks. At this point, I have been to so many Starbucks throughout the country, but no one has come close to appeasing me as this one does. To start, the service here is always friendly. No matter who is working, they go out of their way to remember each of their customers orders, and always greet everyone with a pleasant attitude. Secondly, and most importantly, their beverages have never disappointed. Not that I have had bad experiences at other locations, but sometimes the beverages do lack flavor and seem rushed. Here, my drinks are always on point! Great beverages. Great service. Great atmosphere. It explains why this one is always over-crowded, even though there's another one about two blocks down!

Hippy happy eclectic staff. Turnover is very low so the staff usually knows who you are and your usual drink, even if you've been away for a while and change hairstyles. Lol. My drinks are perfect every time. When other sb mess up my drink, if I am nearby I stop here and they replace my defective drink with a knowing nod and a smile. I've had my drink replaced at least 3-4 times over the years.......you probably know which sb jacked my drink those times. Grrr. My favorite!

I'm really more of a Dunkin' girl but for Starbucks, this is one of my favorite locations. They're fast and friendly. They have their "regulars" and know them well. Not just how they take their coffee but their routine, schedule, and other halves. That was evidenced today by the guy in front of me getting his order and the barista saying the normal pleasantries but then added "see you on Tuesday Bob!". I typically use this location for business meetings. You don't have to pay to park like the Las Olas location and they have plenty of seats for a quick coffee meeting.

Typically a busy location, I don't frequent the Southeast corner of Broward Blvd and Federal Highway for this very reason. With that said, I was at this particular Starbucks recently when Florida Governor Rick Scott made an appearance for about 40 minutes while visiting Fort Lauderdale. Four-star rating for outstanding customer service and an overall clean place. I was impressed that the Baristas remembered my signature drink - a "Bill's Morning Start" - a six-shot Venti, four-pump Vanilla, one-pump Mocha, extra-fat, extra-hot, upside down latte. Free wi-fi, although slow at time, but who can complain with free. Coffee and service is consistently good. This location does not have a drive-thru for those on the run. /s/ William E. This Starbucks location has great service. The people are usually friendly and very fast. If you can, walk there. There is never any parking spaces. And it's like playing a game trying to be the first on a open spot.

This is the fastest Starbucks in Fort Lauderdale. I've walked in when there is a line out of the door and I have never waited longer than 4 minutes from the time I order my drink and pick it up. Justin, Miguel, and Richard are amazing. It's awesome when you see how many people walk in and they already know their drink and/or what they are eating and how freaking fast they move. I work for a luxury hotel company and their attention to detail and service is 5 star! Honestly you can't go wrong with this Starbucks!

I have been coming to this location since august and the baristas are alway fast and efficient. I usually get the same order and they now recognize me and ask if I want my usual. Awesome service.

Missed my Starbucks and found this one. Awesome!!! Glad to have my coffee on a rainy day. All good, nice Baristas, line moved pretty quickly.

Super busy because it's located by all the tall office buildings of downtown Fort Lauderdale. Decent seating area with the usual free wireless Internet and a reasonable number of power outlets. Where they lose me is the limited parking - not nearly enough spots for a store of this size. You might be able to grab a spot on the street - there are meters nearby. There are *$ not terribly far away that might be a better use of your time if you're planning on hanging out. As for the coffee, hooray for the "blonde" roast.

I love you Starbucks, but you'll never get a 5-star from me on Yelp. Don't get me wrong, this is my Starbucks - for the customers and employees that know that feeling. We have great baristas who are friendly and won't keep you waiting. There is also ample seating. I won't lie, the parking is terrible. Luckily, I live it the neighborhood and bike over.

A solid Starbucks location. Lots of seating which makes it a great place to take a meeting. Even at 9:15am we had no trouble finding a spot for three people to sit down. The line was probably 6 or 7 people long but moved quickly. Plus, the baristas were very friendly and knew the gal I was meeting with by name. Can't ever complain about service with a smile! My only gripe is that the location is a bit tricky to get to if you're driving so allow an extra couple minutes to turn around if you're meeting someone here!

Love my baristas at this Starbucks. They are smart, friendly and provide fast service. Skinny Vanilla Latte please!

This is a very busy, very business like Starbucks in downtown Fort Lauderdale. It is more of an in and out place - not a lot of seating, and it is ALWAYS busy. The staff is nice. They get to know the regulars. Scarce parking and no drive-thru. I like this store because I can walk here for a quick coffee.

It never ceases to amaze me that I am able to write reviews about Starbucks' multiple locations around the country. Each has it's own flair, determined by the management, the location and the colorful clientele. Located at the very busy corner of US 1 and Broward Blvd, this Starbucks is very well appointed with plentiful seating and, much to my pleasure, many outlets for plugging in your laptop, ipad, iphone, droid, or other power tool that gets your day going. The parking for this location has a lot to be desired. Your options are to find something on the street, or in a rather shady lot behind the building. Be prepared to be asked for money or, perhaps, feel a little threatened in the lot. Seriously, it looks like a scene from an episode of Cops back there. That said, the staff here is wonderful, upbeat, easy-going and generally knowledgeable. I like the vibe in the store. It's a shame to occasionally see a buzzkill of a customer. You know the kind? The kind who forgets that it's just coffee and a moment of social release...not nuclear physics or the end of the world. Drink your coffee, be nice, live well...and if that doesn't work...shut up! The homeless population in this neighborhood is much more present than one you may find at a Starbucks in Weston, but don't let that cock-block you from getting your Americano or Passion Tea. It will be delivered with a smile, and in a few cases, a very hot barista.

The coffee is good but it is very busy with shared parking which is always full and there is always a line so it's not the fastest way to get a cup of Joe...

There was no line when I got here but somehow there were 4 people waiting for coffee. I ordered, then two more people walked in and ordered after me and in that time they had only got one drink out (he made it wrong and had to remake it). The guy making drinks was so slow! When I got my coffee it tasted really bitter/burnt. I'm not really sure how to describe the taste, but it wasn't good. I ordered a white chocolate mocha. I am from Seattle not sure about the way they do coffee in South FL! PS gave it two stars because my scones seemed really fresh, I've had bad luck lately with the vanilla bean scones being extra dry and crumbly.

This will be like yelling in an empty auditorium... Reviewing Starbuck's food/offerings is now as pointless as revisiting Michael Jackson's penchant for little boys. So, until the quality/or lack thereof of the food or products changes radically, the only thing worth reviewing is their customer service and their physical location. This particular Starbucks has lousy customer service. The cashiers, manager and bariste are not particularly rude; they just talk too much about nothing with each other and with their customer friends. To the point that it gets in the way of their work. The worst offenders are a skinny girl who will not leave her co-workers alone or shut up for ten seconds; and the manager (or assistant manager?) who seems to enjoy the mindless banter, so I don't expect that to change any time soon. If there are two people ahead of you, expect to be in there for 20 minutes or more. Plan ahead. Because of its location, this Starbucks attracts many work-at-home professionals that are there to be seen working. They take up the very limited parking spaces and the limited seating for a lot longer than it takes to drink a cup of coffee. Too many hipsters in such a confined space make my eyes burn and my head hurt. Location, location, location. That's why this Starbucks will never be short of clientele. I have been a loyal Starbucks customer for over 15 years and the fact that I'm stuck with this particular store right next to my office pisses me off (somewhat beyond reason).

Hands down the most helpful and nice morning crew at any Starbucks around.

This Starbucks is located on the SE corner of Highway 1 and Broward. It's close to the Las Olas restaurant, but not on the same same street. There are plenty of seats and tables and outlets to recharge your laptop. There is limited parking in the small parking lot.
